Why parents choose ABA
Olympian-led method
Founded and led by Australian Olympian Anna Lao AM, every coach is trained in the same fundamentals-first curriculum that has produced state and national juniors for 20+ years.
Grouped by age & ability
Kids (4–7), Juniors (8–12) and Youth (13–17) train in small groups matched to their stage, so a first-timer and a squad player are each challenged and supported.
Fun first, confidence built
Games-based sessions build coordination, footwork and a love of the game: a safe, non-contact sport that grows discipline and confidence on and off the court.
Junior programs
Badminton classes for every age, 5 to 15.
Kids
Our Kids Program builds confidence through play. Children learn coordination, balance, and basic racquet skills in structured environments with games-based learning.
Juniors
The Juniors Program strengthens technique, discipline, and teamwork. Students learn proper footwork and strokes through dynamic sessions balancing challenge with encouragement.
Youth
Our Youth Program refines advanced technique and tactical awareness. Players learn to train with purpose, developing consistency, composure, and leadership through matchplay.
